Welcome to Orders & Payments. The Paymaster handles the front end of the Quartermaster's Store, from finding the model you are looking for through completing checkout and payment. If you need help locating a product, selecting the correct model or options, using a discount code, placing an order, or completing payment, this is the right desk.
The Quartermaster's Store contains aircraft, ships, accessories, and other products covering several historical periods and scales. Products are organized to help narrow your search by era, nation, manufacturer, and aircraft type. With more than 1,100 aircraft files available for production, not every model, variation, or scale combination is currently listed in the store. If you know the model you are looking for but cannot find it, check with Stores & Requisitions and the Quartermaster. The model may already be available in the production library even though it has not yet made its way into the Quartermaster's Store.
Before adding a model to your order, please check the product description and available options to make sure you have selected the model and scale you want.Unless otherwise stated in the product description, Tabletop Flights models are supplied unpainted and do not include decals, glue, paint, or flight stands. If you are unsure whether a particular model is available in another scale or need a variation that is not currently listed, visit Stores & Requisitions and see the Quartermaster before placing your order.
Products listed in the Quartermaster's Store can be added to your shopping cart directly from their product pages.Once you have finished shopping, review the items and quantities in your cart before proceeding to checkout. This is a good opportunity to make sure you have selected the correct models, scales, options, and quantities.Follow the checkout instructions to provide the information necessary to complete your order and payment.Once checkout has been successfully completed, your order has been received by Tabletop Flights and will enter the normal production and fulfillment process.
From time to time, Tabletop Flights may offer discount or coupon codes for sales, special events, sponsored games, prizes, gift certificates, or other promotions.Enter your code in the appropriate field during the shopping-cart or checkout process and make sure it has been applied correctly before completing your order.Discount and gift codes cannot be stacked during checkout. In some circumstances, however, you may legitimately have more than one code that applies to the same purchase. For example, a store sale may be running while you also have a gift certificate or prize awarded through a Tabletop Flights sponsored game.If you have two or more valid codes that should apply to the same purchase, do not complete checkout using only one of them. Contact the Paymaster with the codes you have and the order you would like to place. I can provide a purchase-specific code that combines the applicable discounts or credits into a single code for that order. If a valid code does not appear to be working, please contact me before completing checkout so I can look into the problem.
Payments through the Tabletop Flights webstore are securely processed through the payment options provided during checkout.Tabletop Flights does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information. Please make sure your payment has been successfully completed before leaving the checkout process. If you encounter a payment problem or are unsure whether an order was successfully submitted, contact the Paymaster before attempting the order again. This can help avoid accidentally creating a duplicate order.
Special Requests begin with Stores & Requisitions and the Quartermaster. Once the model, scale, quantity, availability, and price have been agreed upon, the appropriate product can be made available for you to purchase. From that point, the Special Request is ordered and paid for through the normal checkout process unless other arrangements have been made.Special Request items, alternate scales, or models being prepared for production for the first time may require additional time before they are ready. For questions about the preparation or production of these models, visit Workshop & Maintenance and see the Chief Mechanic.
Once your order has been successfully submitted, the Paymaster's part of the normal process is largely complete.Models that require production or preparation move through Workshop & Maintenance, where the Chief Mechanic handles printing, production, and quality control.Once an order is completed and ready to leave the shop, Dispatch & Shipping and the Postmaster handle packing, carriers, tracking, delivery, and shipping-related problems.
If you discover a mistake after placing an order, contact me as soon as possible.Depending on where the order is in the production and fulfillment process, I may be able to correct a model, scale, quantity, or other order detail before it progresses further.Changes cannot always be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun, but I will make reasonable efforts to help whenever possible.
