In addition to his decal work, Kevin also offers custom painting commissions, transforming miniatures into beautifully finished gaming pieces with expertly applied camouflage, insignia, and weathering. General Information
I am committed to offering the highest quality models at the most affordable prices. I take great pride in my craftsmanship and am dedicated to ensuring that only top-quality products reach my customers. These models are meticulously crafted in resin and may include additional small resin components. Typically, they come as one-piece castings with minimal or no assembly required. Please note that decals, glue, paint, or stands are not included.
Printing Schedule
As a small print-on-demand shop, I want to share our Printing and Shipping schedules to provide clear expectations for production and shipping timelines. While I strive to offer the quickest turnaround times, maintaining a consistent 1-3 day production schedule is not feasible due to the need for routine machine maintenance and cleanup. To ensure efficiency and quality, I will be operating with the following schedule: Printing Days: *Friday, *Saturday, *Sunday, and *Monday*. Maintenance and QA Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. These days will be dedicated to: Quality Assurance (QA) checks Reworks Machine maintenance and cleaning Packing and shipping Shipping will occur as needed once packages complete the production process. My goal is to streamline production while improving efficiency and workflow to better serve you.
Placing an Order
The Quartermaster Store is organized into three distinct eras, and a separate Accessories section. Each era is further categorized by nationality to help you easily find the aircraft you are looking for. Please note that some planes are available as "Factory Seconds." These models may have minor imperfections or quality issues. While they are not flawless, they are suitable for use as game pieces and for everyday play. Shipping times will vary. Unless otherwise stated all shipping is done through the USPS with Ground Advantage. Generally packages arrive within 5 days from pickup but please allow up to 14 days for the USPS to deliver. I will also ship Internationally to most places in the world. Please allow as much as 8 weeks for delivery.

All payments are securely processed through PayPal Checkout. Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours, and you will receive an invoice with an estimated completion date.
